About Dr. Floyd
Dr. Floyd and his highly trained staff are dedicated to providing the finest healthcare possible to their patients. To aid in the accomplishment of this goal, Dr. Floyd believes that frequent doctor and staff continuing education is essential to providing the best care. Continuing education allows us to stay abreast of the latest procedures and increases awareness of the technological advances that will improve our patient’s surgical experience.

EDUCATION:
Dr. Floyd completed his residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center School of Dentistry. His undergraduate studies were completed at Colorado State University and his master’s degree was completed at the University of Colorado.
